Gorreri logoThe dosing unit, DVG 500 was created to fill, inject or decorate several difference types of products from batter, pies and cake. The dosing operations could be done by a pedal or manually by a decorating gun. For easy product loading into the hopper, it's possible to lower it by a pneumatic cylinder (optional). Disassembling of the singular parts is fast and does not need tools. The machine is made completely of stainless steel mounted on castors. The hopper has a total volume of 60 liters. The DVG500 can be equipped with three different dosing cylinders with different volumes, up to 750 ml and can be adjusted using pneumatic timers.

Equip your dosing machine with different options, like special rotating nozzle for cake masking with custard cream or foamed dairy creams. Use various nozzles for the distribution and dosing of creams or jam, including vertical movement.
