PCG Series

Gorreri logoIngredient Premixer for batters to be pumped or "butter" creams for the filling of cakes, swiss rolls, with hot or cold technology. The PCG Series is suitable for the premixing of solid and liquid ingredients. 

Technical features:

  • Structure completely made of stainless steel AISI304 with a finely satin finish.
  • Double walled for the circulation of the heat transferring fluid, hot/cold, the bottom is rounded for easy discharge of the batter ensuring the absence of debris.

The internal finishing has been completed with a process of ceramic-bead micro peening.

The cover lid is made of a single piece of stainless steel equipped with one 120mm inlet for the automatic charge of solid ingredients like flour and sugar. It also includes two small inlets for the auotmatic discharge of the liquid ingredients like eggs and water and one large opening type, with cover lid for the inspection of the paddles and for the manual discharge of the ingredients. The plumbing is ready for the installation of a washing sphere.

The horizontal mixing paddles have adjustable speeds, controlled by a frequency inverter, and can be programmed into 3 mixing phases with different speeds and times.

The PCG has an automatic discharge valve on the bottom of the basin. There is an electric control board mounted inside the structure of the machine.
