FL-018 MAGNETIC HEAD DEPALLETIZERS

The depalletizer operating cycle is fully automatic.

The operator will only have to place the filled pallets onto the input chain and to remove the plastic film wrapping the pallet. Once this operation is completed and the cycle start button is pressed, the machine moves to the work position and supplies the pallets to the next processing station (jar unloading). During its operating cycle the machine will automatically supply the jars to the line and place into two specially designed side magazines both the pads and the empty pallets.

The machine is equipped with a magnetic head for the handling of both full and empty tin plate cans. Complete with an unloading table for the whole layer. Control board equipped with touchscreen panel for machine function management.
