VACUUM CONCENTRATION SYSTEMS
The Concentration Kettle is utilized for products like sauces, jams, marmalades and seasonings. The vacuum processing allows you to concentrate, cook and deareate the product at low temperature in a shorter period of time than your traditional tanks. This ensures a higher quality final product while preserving your products characteristics.
The process starts with the dosage of various ingredients managed by the mixing tank using a liter counter or load cells to feed the concentration kettle. While taking advantage of the vacuum the product is transferred into the concentration kettle for the following:
