In the evolution of the aseptic field, the birth of the SLIDEX Series Aseptic Filler is the result of long-standing experience gained over decades.
The final result is an optimized system for aseptic filling of a wide range of food and beverage products under aseptic conditions into appropriate containers:

• 3-5-10-20 litres bags or single 220 litres drum
• 4×220 litres drums or 1000 litres bin

• The design of the SLIDEX Aseptic Filler is conceived for filling pre-sterilized bags with 1-inch nozzles, equipped with snap caps, compatible with steam sterilization and can be easily configured for a various range of spouts and caps
• The filling machine can easily handle filling flows of up to 8,000 liters per hour per filling head
• The versatility of the filler allows working on a wide range of products, ranging from low viscosity to high viscosity products, characterized by a pH lower than 4.5 (high acid products)
• The filler handles also Low Acid products through the sanitizer dosing kit
• The filler can also handle products containing particles up to 15 mm in size

MAIN FEATURES

• Automatic fast opening of the filling chamber without manual direct action on the filling head, activated by a command on the control panel for inspection or cleaning
• Capping/uncapping movement done without rotary actuators, in favor of stability and mechanical durability
• Fast head block detachment for easy and quick maintenance
• Improved safety thanks to the filling chamber bottom design, reducing the contact temperature for the operator
• Double sterilizing nozzle for greater efficiency
• 4x220kg drums/1000kg bins version features automatic positioning and engaging of the CIP/SIP pipe (no operator intervention)
• The filler has been validated in compliance with FDA requirements for low acid application
