- Fast head block detachment for easy and quick maintenance
- The machine can be equipped with an automatic bag feeding system and it can process also products having a pH higher than 4.5 with the optional sanitizer kit
- Filling is done by magnetic or mass flow meter
- The machine is also arranged for load cells with corresponding label printer
The filler is a single-head aseptic filler designed for the efficient and hygienic filling of single 220-litres drums.
The main features of SLIDEX 1H.D Aseptic Filler are:
- Single Head for single 220-litres Drum
- The empty/full drum are manually conveyed over the idle rollers,motorized rollers system in option
- The filling head is in a fixed position while the lower roller table moves up and down to follow the filling cycle
- When equipped with the dedicated kit the machine can also fill 3-5-10-20 liters bags in manual mode
