The filler is a double-head aseptic filler designed for the efficient and hygienic filling of single 220-litres drums.
The main features of SLIDEX 2H.D Aseptic Filler are:

    • Double Head, Single 220-litres Drum
    • The empty/full drum are manually conveyed over the idle rollers
    • The filling head is in a fixed position while the lower roller table moves up and down to follow the filling cycle
    • When equipped with the dedicated kit the machine can also fill 3-5-10-20 liters bags in manual mode.
    • Automatic switch to one head running
    • Fast head block detachment for easy and quick maintenance
    • The machine can be equipped with an automatic bag feeding system and it can process also products having a pH higher than 4.5 with the optional sanitizer kit
    • Filling is done by magnetic or mass flow meter
  • The machine is also arranged for load cells with corresponding label printer
