TS 100

The TS100 is a semi-automatic machine to be mainly used for the transverse cutting of apple halves and of other fruit and vegetables. It is used in the pastry & cooking industries to keep the characteristics of the fruit.

The cutting thickness is fixed and can be defined during the time of purchase based on the desired type and final product. The machine comes in two sizes to handle from 40 apples per minute to 100 apples per minute.
