The patented EOS Line is equipment that allows cold extraction with a simple enzymatic deactivation process to reduce heat exposure to the product. This technology allows the product to be as natural as possible by avoiding using gas or other anti-oxidising solutions.

Beside the use of Cold Extraction and Cold Deaeration, this line uses the patented ultrapid inactivation EOS (Enzyme Oxidation Stop), the systems core.  The system take ambient (60-70 deg F) product temperature to inactivation temperature ( up to 208 Deg F) in a matter of seconds, guaranteeing a puree quality level at the top of the market.
