Equipped with high-speed, high-resolution linear cameras, the DixAir examines products on a conveyor belt with unmatched precision. Images are processed via proprietary Protec electronic cards and powerful software, identifying defects as small as 0.5 x 0.25mm. These next-generation cameras offer increased spectral sensitivity, rapid data transfer, and a robust design for hostile environments.
To ensure consistent performance, the system features a unique, solid-state high-intensity lighting array, with an optional color vision system available upon request. A unique under-belt backlighting device further enhances defect visibility. Powered by advanced µP, DSP, and FPGA technology, the DixAir maximizes throughput while SMT integration ensures long-term hardware reliability in a compact footprint.
